Shipping & Returns

Processing & Shipping Policy

​

  • Processing for each order will take between 3-5 business days. 

  • Delivery will vary depending on the shipping option chosen at time of order. (USPS/FedEx/UPS).

  • Orders placed after 2PM on Fridays, and throughout the weekends, will be processed on Mondays.

  • For international orders, please note that your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for them!

  • Garden State Animal Rescue Center Inc. is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Garden State Animal Rescue Center Inc. is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • *Any order, domestic or international, that is returned to us for having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will need to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Each order from Garden State Animal Rescue Center helps us care for more animals that desperately need help.

  • You have 30 days from when you receive tracking information to return or exchange your items. A $5 return fee will be applied to all returns, per order. 

  • In the unlikely event that you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact shop@gardenstatearc.org with your order number, as well as a photo of the damages, or the wrong item you received. We will get you taken care of!

  • ***All sale items, including bundle boxes, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.***

  • We will not accept any return or exchange for any item that is missing the original tag or has been used.
